Refund & Cancellation Policy – ACECON 2025
Effective Date: June 2025
Thank you for registering for the Asian Conference on Ecstasy in Concrete (ACECON 2025) hosted by the Indian Concrete Institute – Hyderabad Centre. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the rules regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Registration Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to acecon2025@gmail.com.

Cancellations received on or before October 31, 2025 will be eligible for a refund after deducting administrative charges (e.g., 10%).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.
2. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant by notifying the organizers in writing beforeNovember 15, 2025

Substitution requests after the deadline will not be accepted.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizers

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary.

In the unlikely event of conference cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), the liability of the organizers is limited to refunding the registration fee.

Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs will be borne by the participant.
4. No-Show Policy

Registered participants who do not attend the event (without prior cancellation) will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after receiving a valid cancellation request.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for registration, unless otherwise communicated.
