4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Registration fees (if applicable) must be paid in full to confirm participation.

  • Payments are processed securely via authorized gateways.

  • Refunds, if any, will be subject to the organizers’ refund policy (to be separately published or communicated).

  • Transaction fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, venue, or schedule as necessary.

  • In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), liability will be limited to refunding the registration fee (if applicable).
